I love this place! Family owned business with very good food and blessed personalities! I eat here about twice a week and I love it! I order the seafood skewers and salad.... Yummy . My youngest daughter loves the shrimp skewers and french fries. My oldest daughter loves the hamburger and fries. It's located right next to the homeless tents but it's peaceful! You must try!

I ordered the scallops and shrimp dinner and the shrimp were the worst. They tasted like rubber. However the scallops were delicious. And the service is always excellent

My favorite is the rice pilaf. They need too pile my plate with the rice. The whole fish is scrumptious. It's a nice little spot and the price is okay. They have a great barbecue combo plate but I'm so into that fry fish with the rice. It's my favorite....

It's a simple little dive on the edge of skid row and, surprisingly enough, the food was OUTSTANDING. I had the fish and ribs combo, and both were great. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there's parking right there. And the prices were very modest. The biggest downside is that this place is in a very rough neighborhood and the people in and around the restaurant reflect that.

It's a great place for takeout as it's not in the most ideal of locations. In spite of that, I do believe that this place has the best fish and chips in all of Southern California! Their bbq chicken is also amazing, great prices too! I been dining here for over 13 years and it's just a good place to patron, a real family owned, community establishment. I appreciate their friendliness and great food.
